De Metalektro is de verzamelnaam voor bedrijven actief in de metaalbewerking en elektrotechnische industrie, betreffende o.a. lassen, ontwerpen, verzinken, (de)monteren en onderhoud. Deze CAO beschrijft de regels en voorschriften voor werkgevers en werknemers over bijvoorbeeld loonsverhoging, overwerk en andere arbeidskwesties. NEM biedt zeer aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden met de mogelijkheid tot zelfontplooiing en leren.
