Following the transaction, Balcke-Du\u0308rr has become a part of the NEM organization. In the coming period the two organizations will start to work closer together to enforce and expand the product and service portfolios of both companies.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Wisse, CEO of NEM Energy B.V. is pleased to see Balcke-Du\u0308rr joining the NEM organization and said: \u201dBoth organizations have great potential to benefit from each other\u2019s capabilities.
